I scheduled an appointment with Keisha at Insurance Auto Auctions, the company you selected to pick up the trailer for today at 9:00 AM. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes past 9:00 AM I called Keisha at IAA to check and see how close they where and when they would be here. I was informed by Allen that Keisha was off until Monday, the appointment was cancelled and they would not be picking up the trail, further, the check had been returned and we would need to contact you to make new arrangements.
I called to speak with you regarding this problem and why I was not contacted with the decision of cancelation for picking up the trailer today, unfortunately, I was informed by your voice mail that you were also out until Monday.
