Lawsuit has been filed, court date set. Many previous charges and lawsuits against owner. If you are not satisfied the owner and manager will harass you and say you are the only complaint. This is obviously not true as an internet search and BBB website search will prove the complaints are numerous. I wish I had check with the Better Business Bureau better dealing with this shop, for then I would have known they are rated F which is the worst you can get. I tried to resolve this, but the owner prefers to be sued. All you can do is spread the word to warn others and take him to court.
